Vito Ippolito, 63, for many years a miner, died at 4 oclock yesterday afternoon at his residence in Riverton. He was the father of James Ippolito, Sangamon deputy sheriff. Surviving besides James are five other sons, Pasquel, Tony, Henry, Mike, and Ralph; four daughters, Rose Fulgenzi, Mrs. Anna Viola, Mrs. Mary Martin and Miss Ida Ippolito, and one brother, Carl. The body was taken to Ellinger & Kunz funeral home.Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Rose Ciotti Mrs. Rose Ciotti, 79, of 1151 N. Eight St., formerly of Riverton, died at 6 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Ciotti was born in Springfield, the daughter of Angel and Anne Marinelli DeMarco. She married Fred Ciotti in 1923 and he preceded her in death in 1951. She was a member of St. Joseph Church and the St. Anthonys Guild. Surviving are one son, William A. Ciotti of Springfield; three grand children; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Vera DeMarco of Calumet City; one brother, Fred DeMarco of Chicago Heights; several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Church, with the Rev. John L. Corredato, CSV, officiating. Burial will be Calvary.
