RISTORANTE PIZZERIA DA MARIA
The Fulgenzi family handcrafts pizza and homemade pasta at their cozy restaurant in Calascio. Their ravioli standout as being the best in the area, and they have take-out service for their homemade pizza. With limited seating, guests need to make reservations a day or two in advance during the July to August holiday season. From their homemade lentil soup and garden-fresh salads to local lamb and pork specialties, the Michetti-Zippi family lovingly prepares all dishes. Da Clara happens to be Calascio’s longest-serving restaurant as well, having been part of the culinary fabric of the village for over 30 years.
